All purchases of digital products, software development services, and consultancy packages are considered final unless explicitly stated otherwise at the time of sale.

Refunds are provided only in limited cases, as outlined below.

2. Refunds and Cancellations

  • Digital Products (e-books, tools, licenses): Refunds are only granted in cases of technical error, non-delivery, or duplicate charges.

  • Software Development & Consultancy Services:

    • Once work has begun, refunds or cancellations are not permitted.

    • If a customer cancels after substantial work has been delivered (e.g., hundreds of development hours completed), no refund will be granted, as resources and subcontractor payments have already been allocated.

  • Company Responsibility:

    • If errors or mistakes are made by All Commerce LLC, we commit to correcting or revising the work at no additional charge.

    • Customer satisfaction is our priority, and we will address any issues that fall within our responsibility.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or cancellations will not be granted if:

  • Work has already started and resources have been committed.

  • The customer decides to withdraw from a project after significant hours or deliverables have been completed.

  • The request for cancellation is based on a change of mind or personal circumstances rather than service failure.

4. Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only if:

  • No work has started on the requested service.

  • A digital product is proven defective and cannot be replaced or re-delivered.

  • A duplicate payment or technical billing error occurs.
